FAQ
Why do I have to pay a deposit to book?
The 25% deposit secures your wedding date on my calendar. It ensures your date is reserved just for you! The deposit is applied to your total cost and is due at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make the booking process stress-free. A non-refundable retainer (25%) is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into installments and paid in full before your wedding.
How will we receive our photos?
All photos are delivered through an online/digital gallery. Once editing is complete, I’ll upload your photos and share the gallery link with you via email and/or phone number. You’ll have indefinite access to this gallery, but I highly recommend downloading and saving the images on your own devices for safekeeping.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I’m based in Eastern North Carolina and available for travel. In fact, I love traveling for weddings! A $0.75 per mile (one-way) travel fee applies, plus lodging accommodations when required, depending on the distance. What is timeline assistance and planning support?
Timeline assistance and planning support means I help you organize the flow of your wedding day so everything runs smoothly. I can provide guidance on scheduling key moments like getting ready, portraits, the ceremony, and reception events. This ensures we have enough time for all your photos without feeling rushed. I also offer tips and advice on lighting, locations, and logistics to make your day feel stress-free and enjoyable.
What are the payment options?
I accept payments via cash, Venmo, or card (invoicing). The 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on or before your wedding day.
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of images you receive depends on the length of coverage and the flow of your wedding day. On average, you can expect 50–75 professionally edited images per hour of coverage. Every delivered photo is carefully edited and chosen to tell the story of your day best. I don’t cap your gallery at a strict number. Instead, I deliver all of the best moments from your day.
When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a sneak peek of your wedding photos within 24–48 hours, depending on your package, and your full, professionally edited gallery within 2–3 weeks.
Can we print our photos?
Absolutely! You’ll receive full print rights, allowing you to print and share your images however you’d like. Your gallery will include access to an online print store, where you can order high-quality prints delivered straight to your home. The store offers a variety of products, including framed prints, photo books, and more. While this option is available for your convenience, you are not required to use the store and are welcome to print your photos wherever you choose.
