Local Travel
For weddings within a 1-3-hour drive from my location (Carteret County, NC), I charge a $0.75 per mile travel fee. No lodging is required for these trips, making it a straightforward option for nearby celebrations. This allows me to easily reach your wedding venue while keeping costs simple and transparent.
Extended Travel
For weddings that are further away but still drivable, the same $0.75 per mile travel fee applies, but lodging accommodations will be required.
Domestic Flights
For weddings that require flying—typically beyond 8–10 hours of driving, depending on the location—I have a flat domestic travel fee of $1,200. This fee covers all flights, lodging, and travel expenses, giving you peace of mind that I will handle all logistics. With this fee, I can travel almost anywhere in the United States without asking for additional approvals or reimbursements.
International Travel
I’m also available for weddings outside the United States! International travel is offered for a flat fee of $2,200, which covers flights, lodging, and all travel expenses. This allows me to focus fully on capturing your wedding day, no matter where in the world it takes place.
